I am passionate about teaching mindfulness and helping people to cultivate awareness, increase focus and have tools to deal with life’s challenges.

Mariana’s Story

I am Brazilian, mother of two lovely and energetic boys and I have been living in London for nearly two decades. 

I discovered Mindfulness in 2016 after suffering from anxiety and post-natal depression. I was also going through a very difficult life changing event. Through the practice of Mindfulness, I have learned to live in the present moment, and not ruminate about the past, not worrying about what may or may not happen in the future.

Since then, I have been practising and studying Mindfulness. I trained to teach Mindfulness and Compassion (accredited by the CPCAB – Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body) in 2021. This has really complimented my previous skill set and experience of working in HR and Education. Allowing me to create bespoke courses with the understanding of the need to balance busy work and family life as well as the need to nourish and look after our own well-being.
